It must be recognised that MUNGO MAN was the first Australian and was followed by MUNGO WOMAN the second Australian. The first Australian was 60,000 years ago.
Australia is now made up of Mungo Man decendants. Because these decendants have a special place in the make up of the Australia of today, they show as A1 registration
Mungo A language and culture is uppermost in Mungo Day recognised as 60,000 years old. Around 250 languages existed in 1800 and they have not all died out. The Federal Education Minster has announced $2.18 million to people who made the decision to resurrect a language. The Federal Minister for Indigenous Australians said non indigenous Australians should learn an indigenous language to show respect for the culture and history of Australia. The A registration have particular meaning in the land rights of Indiginous Australians.as defined in various courts.and have certain rights.
To be shown as a B registration you must be a citizen of Australia,either born here or having become a citizen following migration and partaken in the citizenship programme.
A C Australian is one who claims to be Australian and participates in the many actions that Australians do ,such as taxation and social benefits that the other Australians do.but not a citizen

. Aims of a citizen :
To become accustomed to Indigenous language and history 60000 years of indigenous Australia
Because the new citizenship encourages a new begining the aim is to look forward to brighter things and put history second.
